Kirill Babich is a seasoned venture capitalist and successful venture builder with over a decade of industry experience. His career has seen him working with venture capital funds based in London, Zurich and New York City, as well as venture builders in Hamburg, Berlin, and Zurich. Over the years, Kirill has successfully established several ventures from the ground up in the FinTech, PropTech, and E-Commerce industries during his tenure with Swiss Startup Factory, Otto Group Digital Solutions, and Covus Group.

A true entrepreneurial spirit, Kirill has co-founded three diverse companies: Digital Sports & Entertainment Management in the sports industry, 3Dealy in the 3D-printing industry, and Malamute Startups Agency in the Venture Capital field. At Malamute Startups, Kirill has raised over €90M in Venture Capital, supporting the growth and development of over 20 clients.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kirill is deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem. He is a Startup Expert at the University of St. Gallen Center for Entrepreneurship, a jury member at various startup pitch events and conferences, a member of the Entrepreneur Society at SDSU, and an alumnus of the San Diego State Aztecs Rugby Varsity Team.

Alexander Socha is a highly experienced corporate investment banker with a strong background in B2B sales and relationship management. His professional journey spans over eight years across some of the most reputable U.S. and Swiss financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan, Brown Brothers Harriman, and the Swiss Private Equity powerhouse, SUSI Partners.

Alexander's diverse career has also seen him working for FinLeap, one of Europe's most successful FinTech & InsurTech venture builders. At FinLeap, he played a crucial role in supporting the growth of the company's diverse ventures. In addition, Alexander co-founded a successful middle-market M&A boutique in Germany, marking another successful milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.

Throughout his career, Alexander has refined his ability to identify and nurture business opportunities. His exposure to a wide variety of fintech startups and scale-ups has equipped him with an understanding of the unique challenges these organizations face.
